As we nerds are known to be fans of binary relationships, but outside of computer science, one quickly reaches the limits of such a worldview (keyword: gender). It is similar with the classic "Good vs. Evil", which we know from almost every movie, comic, game, and so on. Most of the time there are the good and the bad, and nuances are hard to find apart from Dungeons and Dragons. Yet genre classics like Star Wars clearly show that, for example, the light side of the Force and the dark side of the Force are not that far apart. Just like a pillow.
More precisely: Just like the "Dark Side / Light Side" pillow! This wonderfully fluffy pillow demonstrates that dividing the world into rigid categories rarely makes sense. How else would you explain, for example, that Anakin Skywalker switched from the light side to the dark side and later returned to the light side as Darth Vader? As Shakespeare so beautifully said: Nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so!
