The calendar always receives tremendous enthusiasm. If you'd like, check it out for yourself:
When will the advent calendar be shipped?
After the order deadline on November 16, 2026, all Legendary Advent Calendars will be prepared for shipment at our facility and will then be handed over to DHL between November 18 and November 23, 2026.
This ensures your advent calendar arrives in time before December 1! You'll receive a shipping confirmation via email a few days before.
Will I like the items in the advent calendar?
We always put great effort into curating calendars so that there's something for many different interests. So the chances are very good that you'll love many of the items in it!
How long can the Legendary Advent Calendar be ordered?
The official order period begins on July 13 and runs until November 16, 2026, but that's just the theory: The quantity is limited and in recent years the advent calendar has always sold out well before the order deadline.
Is there a risk of having duplicate items if you've bought the Lootbox or earlier advent calendars?
No!
None of the items were ever featured in an Epic Lootbox or in any of our previous advent calendars.
How do I pay?
You have many different payment options with us. Credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Shop Pay. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
Payment by direct debit is unfortunately no longer possible. We had to discontinue this due to increasing costs, significantly rising fraud cases, and major system changes on our end.
Can I order a lootbox from abroad?
Within the EU, we can also deliver the advent calendar outside of Germany. If your country is not selectable at checkout, please contact us briefly at service@getdigital.de and we'll change that for you.
Outside the EU, shipping is unfortunately not possible: Customs documentation for 24 wrapped gifts is unfortunately not practical to process.
Can I provide a pickup station as the delivery address?
Yes... but we absolutely don't recommend it!
This is partly due to the size and weight of the advent calendar. Many pickup stations will have problems with such a large box. In recent years, this has unfortunately caused problems repeatedly, and we don't want your advent calendar to arrive late or damaged because of a pickup station.
Since I live near you, I'd like to pick up the items.
Please understand that to keep the price as low as possible, we need to minimize the work involved.
To do this, we use service providers who partially handle packing or shipping for us. This means we cannot separate individual packages from the batch and set them aside for pickup.
What if I move before the calendar is shipped?
Please send an email to support@getdigital.de and we'll change the address for you.
What if I don't like some items in the calendar?
The Legendary Advent Calendar is a surprise box. We've curated it so there's something for everyone interested in fantasy, science fiction, superheroes, comics, video games, TV shows, movies, or other pop culture topics. But you never know exactly what's inside – that's part of the product.
You can of course withdraw the calendar up to 14 days after receipt and return it in its entirety, but you cannot withdraw individual items within it.
What about defective items?
If there are any issues, if a gadget has a defect, for example, please send us an email at support@getdigital.de.
You'll receive a prompt response from us and a replacement!
Can I tell what's inside from the stickers on the packages?
